Project Description : The project entails the renovation of an existing 11,400.00 SF building and 13,142 SF of civil work. The scope of work includes adding a new elevator, new MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, new fire protection, and alarm systems, new roofing, and adding new structural system, new Building Insulation, Bullet Proof Doors, and walls. Our company is responsible for providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision, bond to complete this job.
